Hi M,
It is never a forgone conclusion that claimants in The WRAG will be forwarded to The WP.
However, if this was to happen, one would assume that it would be far more likely, if one was not appealing to The SG.

Thanks again, I can see that maybe for me it would be sensible to put in an appeal, and if I didn't want to go to Tribunal I could cancel, at least it would appear to take away the worry of the WP, then after a year when the money stops it wouldn't be a problem because they can't take something off nothing

Just another quickie, I have decided to appeal, get my letter from my doctor tomorrow and have some further information from specialists, regarding how WRA will affect my illnesses, so will post it then, I know I have a month to appeal, is it a calandar month or 4 weeks? My decision letter is dated 28th August, also I will post it recorded delivery which I will be able to know when it is delivered, but if it arrives later than the month does proof of postage count to say it was put in the post before the month was up?
