I have one more question.
I have just found a letter regarding my DLA (I have been receiving CB ESA and DLA-lower mobility rate) that I forgot I had, from 05/2012. It states I will receive this until 05/2017.
This letter is about the same time I had been sent a new ESA50, and seems to be from the time period that all the errors with my claim started within the DWP.
I had been told (without a F2F) that I was in the WRAG, and then by the October my appeal had been accepted and although I never received any letters from them they phoned me to say I would be in the support group.
Does this letter for DLA have any consequences for the ESA?

Hi k50,
"Does this letter for DLA have any consequences for the ESA?"
It shouldn't have !!
DLA and ESA are totally separate benefits with different qualifying criteria and are administered by different DWP Departments.
If you have a fixed term DLA Award until 05/2017, you should expect to receive your "invite" to transfer to PIP some 20 weeks before, around Dec 2016/Jan 2017.
