This is basically stating that the report is only pertinent to the ESA qualifying criteria for the prognosis period of the current SG award, until you are reassessed.

Some members have previously used ESA85/ESA85A for DLA claims/reviews where findings on the ESA reports were helpful to the DLA claim/review.

It has been stated that ESA Med Reports will not be used for PIP assessments.

Ok thanks for the quick reply. Just when you mention DLA my 8 weeks target date for renewal is this coming Wednesday,no word from them so far. I will just wait as my award runs until May 2014.

Actually I would not wait but would phone to chase this up. Renewal forms are normally sent out well in advance. It is possible that your form has got lost in the post. It takes time to process these forms and you do not want to risk having your DLA stopped if they do not process the form by your renewal date.

I have the letter from DLA confiirming they received my renewal.
