That's it finished....ESA50 completed as per guides. I quoted what the HCP DLA said about my substantial impairment of my lumber spine and the fact that no improvement likely.
I also quoted ESA Regs 35 (2) (b) regarding Significant risk and included a letter from my doctor describing my mental issues.I also mentioned the recent ruling
by a three judge hearing, the onus is on DWP to provide a significant amount of additional evidence, if DWP think I should not be placed in the Support Group.
Now the wait begins
Just a quick question. Do you have to attend a f2f assessment before they find you capable of work?
I am in SG atm.

Hi P,
Merry Xmas !!!

Yes, that is correct !!
Although you can be placed into The WRAG or SG on paper evidence alone, you cannot be found fit for work on paper evidence alone, you must first have a F2F.

Just got a brown envelope today.....staying in the Support Group without a f2f.
I am so delighted with this as I had wondered with the DWP returning forms as described in my previous posts.
I had sent an A4 sheet with how my disabilities affect me on a daily basis and quoted the recent 3 judge decision.
So thank you to all the Mods. and the great guides.
When I calm down I will find out how long before I have to do it all over again!!
