Thanks for your reply bro. It's that old dilema again, should I post my ESA50A soon or should I leave it until nearer the 4 week deadline at the end of November?

Just in case it's not a typing error, the end of November is more than four weeks away so you might want to check the letter again for the date the form has to be returned by.

If you have completed the form in as much detail as possible and collected all of the evidence that you think is applicable then there is absolutely no reason to delay posting the form back to the DWP, make sure you send it by a method that has a confirmation of delivery not just of posting.

That's it all completed. I even quoted on a separate sheet, the DLA doctor wrote my mobility is limited to 30 metres.
I quantified this by stating I know they are different benefits.
I used your great guides and paid the difference in the postage to get the letter signed for.

Just wait and see.

Just a quick question,as I was issued form ESA50A am I right in thinking that I have passed the test for WRAG? What I am getting at iI don't think they are considering a disallowance?

I am afraid I don't think you can make this assumption, if you don't show that you continue to meet the SG criteria the DM can decide that you no longer qualify, this could result in a WRAG placement, it could also generate a requirement for a face to face assessment.

Update

Just had my ESA 50A returned to me with Form ESA 50 asking me to complete it. What are they playing at?
