thanks
Hi b,
Even if the date of the Decision Notice is the same date of the hearing, (13/03/15) it would be too soon to say.
When a request is made to The TS for a written S of R within the one month deadline, it can take the TS several weeks to issue one to The DWP and the appellant.
Likewise with seeking leave to appeal, it can take several weeks after seeking leave to appeal within the second one month deadline to receive a decision on that.
You could wait another week or so, then contact The Clerk to The Tribunal to see whether the TS has received a request for an S of R from The DWP, or even any subsequent request for leave to appeal to The UTT.

Normally we would suggest your MP, but this is unlikely to be practical for at least a couple of weeks, other than that and your regularly phoning the DWP, there really is nothing else you can do.
If you are suffering financial hardship due to the delay you could make a formal complaint to the DWP. See
Complaining to the DWP

bobby wrote: just the latest update in my saga. I phoned dwp on my reg. friday chat. Apparently they need to receive both a paper copy (which they did 3 days after hearing) and a 'hard copy'. This referred to a copy on the system. They had only received this today - a 7 week difference. Lady was very apologetic and helpful But had I known it took 2 copies - just maybe I could have chased this up.So hopefully a letter next week and a payment. Early sept. 2013 to mid May 2015. Us British are such a patient lot!!
Sounds more like bs than a reason why they haven't processed your result.
