Indeed.

Yes, I sent two 'reasonable adjustment' messages in response to the first in-person JobCentre appointment, and another in response to this second in-person JobCentre appointment.

I rose above the temptation to be sarcastic!

If they don't respond again, I'll ask CAB Help to Claim to assist once more.
