Don't forget that you don't have to actually be in possession of a wheelchair, or have recommended to do so, in order for then Decision Maker to decide that you could use one!

Hello, that was pretty much my question.

as have appeal for esa end next week? i am putting together some last minute additins on paper and wonder wether to include what i was getting as dla as high rate mobility and middle care. BUT i have had to appeal since the review which was also earlier this year,,,, i have not heard on the dla appeal.

basically should i enclose paperwork that said i was getting the dla? ( also last time i had to go to appeal before awarded any of the dlas)

Hi s,

Again the DLA Mobility criteria is a "walking" test only.

You could make note of the DLA awards, (that you are now appealing) if they were in effect at the time of the adverse ESA decisions.

Always provide copies, and keep originals.
