If you are not able to attend your F2F what would be the best way to advise them of your non attendance?

Once you have advised them do they in turn notify the DWP?

or

Do they simply re-arrange your appointment?

In advance by phone, they will then arrange a second appointment.

ATOS are responsible for the assessment process so they will not notify the DWP of a first missed appointment, if it is a second missed appointment then standard practice is to return the claimants file to the DWP with details of the missed appointments. The DWP should, we are aware that this does always happen, write to the claimant for an explanation of the latest missed appointment, if the Good Cause is not accepted then the claim will be closed by the DWP, although this Decision can be challenged.

WD

It sounds like the annual letter sent to all claimants notifying them of the annual increase to their benefits.
