I don't think this latest letter qualifies as a Decision Letter either, it may still be in the post but if you really want one you may have to chase the DWP for it.

It's entirely up to you whether you make the request, you are entitled to written confirmation of the Decision in the form of a Decision Letter, something of the form
"as a result of a recent Decision you have been placed in the Support Group..."
If you are happy to continue without it then it should not be a problem, but if you want a copy then just contact the DWP office that dealt with your claim.
Also, as you are in the SG, you may qualify for the Enhanced Disability Premium, you will need to be eligible for Income Related ESA, this will dependant on your household income, your savings and assets, and any hours that your partner works. See

If you had not received the other letters then I would continue to urge you to request the Decision Letter as we have seen them make mistakes about what is or is not on the computer system, legally the Decision does not exist unless it is notified correctly.
The three years is advisory although I would expect them to stick to it.
