posting ESA50 form special delivery?!

My ESA50 was sent special delivery, signed as being received the following day. After three months I had not heard anything so contacted ATOS, I was told it was with the scrutinising team, I think it was called. One and half weeks later I received decision placed in WRAG again. I often wonder if because I contacted them it was rushed through the system as I believe from correspondence I have received that not all my medical evidence appears to have been taken into consideration. Personally, if this happened again to me I think I would just sit and let them get on with it so long as I was still receiving my money.

Hi I had the same problem with sending my forms by Special Delivery no tracking available on royal mail site is there any reason why I couldn't send forms by Courier service next time as their tracking seems a lot better and I would make sure the courier gave me a receipt as proof I had sent it.

other people have said the same thing. Best to just sit tight as pushing them can just make things go badly. Crazy system. It is terrible how we are all fighting in our own corner. It feels very lonely without being able to log onto a site such as this and getting help and hearing other peoples experience such as yourself. Thanks jbug, I am actually sitting here reading through the forum and actually thinking the entire system is now failing drastically, it appears to be the same problems that are occurring with people over and over again, might not be exact same health issues, etc but most issues are similar in nature. I believe ATOS and DWP systems are failing drastically, their own staff no longer appear to know what is happening, they do not even know what forms are used and on several occasions I have actually had to explain what their forms are used for eg SAR, LT54. I was even told on one occasion that decision makers do not use points to reach their decision. It is a shocking and worrying situation we are all in.
