The DLA Guide for children under 16 is the 4th link down the page that Gordon gave you the link for, under the heading :

But she's 15 does that mean I have to fill in a adult form? It's madness she'll still be in school til she's 19.
Social services count her as a child til she's 18.
But what do dwp do distinguish at 16?

Confusing is it an adult o r a child guide from this forum I use
