Hello,

Do DWP still have access to the original PIP1 form I completed when I made my application. I have my review coming up soon, so, need to complete the AR1 form.

However, most things are the same as on the previous form I submitted 3 years ago. So, I was thinking of paraphrasing what it said on my original form and adding new changes that affect me too.

Hi Vicky

Yes, they have access to your original form. You'd be advised to have a look at the Guide to PIP claims and reviews on how to fill in the AR1 form. The information is located on page 128 and onwards.
