Do DWP still have access to the original PIP1 form I completed when I made my application. I have my review coming up soon, so, need to complete the AR1 form.
However, most things are the same as on the previous form I submitted 3 years ago. So, I was thinking of paraphrasing what it said on my original form and adding new changes that affect me too.
