Lcwra group was created by shezza

Daughter in process transferring over to uc. She has been in the support group of esa for a few years due to learning disabilities /asd etc will she be put straight into the lcwra group of uc and will she have to wait the 3 month waiting period to qualify for the lcwra and will she have to have an assessment

Hi shezza

Your daughter should be placed in the LCWRA without having to hand in a fit note or go through the assessment period again.

You need to get the timing right as to when you apply, wait until ESA payment goes into their bank account a/c, your daughter can ask for an advanced payment which is interest free but repayable over the next two years.
