Your daughter should be placed in the LCWRA without having to hand in a fit note or go through the assessment period again.
You need to get the timing right as to when you apply, wait until ESA payment goes into their bank account a/c, your daughter can ask for an advanced payment which is interest free but repayable over the next two years.
