From experience, I find them REALLY slow to respond and a lot of times, messages are ignored. I've put several messages on our journal over the past couple of months which have all been ignored.

How frustrating!! Do you end up having to phone them? I have sent two journal messages so far and no reply.

I noticed they prioritise any correspondences related to the recent push with migration to UC. After that is passed. The response rate kinda drops.

I have only just migrated, only had to message them after I got first statement and have had no response at all!!!
