Has anyone asked for video to be changed to face to face hearing before ?
if so , what was the time scale for new date ?

Hiya ,
i'm getting so nervous and panicking about the appeal - finding it hard to read back on the claim its been soo long.
How shd i prepare ?
What the relevant period under consideration ? Is it from date of org decision OR date of MRN ? this would help me focus on the right period of time ?
bear in mind we've had 3 DWP decisions on the clm as so far:
Original decision = 0 DL pts
MRN revised decision = 4 pts DL (total for 2 of the activities )
Pre Appeal revision = further pts offered = std rate -the bundle doesnt make it very clr - the new DL could be 8 or 10 pts 🤷🏽♀️
which decision is covered by appeal ?
TiA

Hi Sum
I know you want to do your very best on this Appeal, and it is important to both the claimant and you, but try not to overthink it. It honestly isn't going to matter whether they are looking at 8 points or 10 points because, at the end of the day, you don't think they've been awarded sufficient points. The panel will make it clear on the day of the tribunal. Focus on the areas where you think the scoring is wrong; be clear about what you think they should have been awarded and what evidence you have to prove it. Remember you can't give the panel any evidence of any deterioration that happened after the MR.
For the tribunal - just have a list of the points that you most want to get over - so you have something you can refer to quickly.

Hi Sum
I really hope you win this award. You have worked so hard on this and pursued it relentlessly. I hope you will tell yourself at the end whatever the outcome, there is nothing more you could have done.
