Am I correct in saying the law states you can record a PIP Assessment using a device such as a mobile phone
Does this go against you if you inform them at start of Assessment ? are you better just hitting record and not informing them ? Also does this mean you cannot use as evidence in a tribunal if you don't inform them
Claimants have no "legal right" to record a PIP assessment, however, the DWP has stated that claimant requests for the assessment to be recorded should now be accepted.
You can covertly record the assessment but if you are found to be doing so the assessor is within their rights to terminate the interview.
