Hi TCP,
Yes, we have heard from several members who have had their hearing adjourned for various reasons.
Members are most welcome to provide their own feedback regarding adjournments if they wish.

I wondered if anyone else has had this happen?

TCP wrote: Thanks, Bro58. I went to appeal and my representative said I had a good case and we only needed to get a few more points. We went into the courtroom and the judge adjourned on the grounds that if we proceeded to an appeal hearing that some of my award would be taken away. We were all stunned and left the courtroom not knowing what to think.

Hi TCP,
I can't recall any of our members reporting an adjournment for this particular reason, which doesn't mean that they haven't.
I have been reading of this happening on rightsnet though : Here.

It all seemed very surreal and we were in and out and all looking pretty stunned. Is there any way I can request a reason for my award being at risk? I wasn't even given the chance to respond to to any questionable points etc.
I note on the forum where you shared the link, it was questioned if it was legally right to warn and go for an adjournment like this.
We all felt we where in a strong position with my case and then it turned so suddenly. No explanation given.

Hi TCP,
Reading the rightsnet thread it does seem that you can request that The Tribunal provides reasons why they consider your current award to be at risk.
You should discuss this further with your Rep.
