Also, neither PIP nor DLA is awarded due to a specific diagnosis, you would have been suffering the effects of these conditions when you made your claim and presumably included this information on your claim form, whilst a proper diagnosis may have added credibility to your stated care and mobility needs, they would still have been considered.

I have paperwork that shows specifically it were denied owing to the alleged dvt condition that I did not even have

The problem here is confusion with what should be happening , or what should have happened..did not occur.

they sent somebody to home assess me. because i couldn't go anywhere due to, as it turned out, severe arthritis of the hip. so how do you think they managed to decide i was all capable and mobile after the home assessment ?

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

I am sorry that we appear to be unable to give you the advice that you want to hear and I can certainly understand your frustration at a Decision that did not go the way you now believe it should have, but I am afraid that nothing you have posted has caused me to change my mind about whether this is an issue which you can no pursue. I do not believe that it is!
However, you are clearly determined to do this and I would not stop you doing so, but please try not to lose focus on your current PIP claim, whatever happens with your past claims, this PIP claim determines what benefit you receive in the future and whilst you may feel that it will not be an issue, we have seen far too many claimants fail to achieve what they were aiming for, particularly with regard to the Mobility component which is a significantly tougher test than DLA ever was.
