There is a word you are missing out , it's 'misdiagnosis' .

A misdiagnosis that only became apparent in 2014 . I am only referring to pip as the name of the benefit as it is named at the moment .

Not necessarily for its specific rules , but as a reference .

The DWP can also make a supersession decision if they find out about a change to your claim. They may make a supersession decision if:

you are sanctioned and your benefits are reduced or stopped
the law changes
