Hopefully it will not need to go to another hearing and even if it does I would expect it only to be concerned with the Work Related Activity that the DWP might ask you to do.

Thanks for the update !
The DWP's failure to respond is probably down to them being short staffed.
Many of the staff that they do have are ill trained and/or incompetent.
