You could contact The Clerk to The Tribunal, to inquire whether the stay has been lifted, and if not, why not ?
If they are aware that the stay should have been lifted, what else is causing the delay?
You could inform them that you are suffering further financial difficulty due to the stay.
Whether that would help to hasten The District Judge into action is an unknown.

I am afraid that some Judges will not be rushed.
Your only option is to check at regular intervals for any updates, and if the amount of time being taken is getting really silly, you can complain to your M.P. :
Contacting your MP
And/or The TS :
Complaining to the Tribunal Service
