I forgot to come back & let you know what happened. I did get someone to ring for me & they told me a decision to award me 2yrs of SG had been made 7 months previously!!! & said a letter had been sent - which I of course hadn't received. I wont wait that long again! I could have had 7mnths of peace of mind
but hey ho thanks for your support

I had a similar experience I was due for reassessment in February this year, I never received a form and was too nervous to call them. But when I moved home in March I phoned them about a change of address and mentioned that I hadn't received the form for reassessment the lady had a look on her screen and said that I was not down for renewal until February 2017, I hadn't had a letter only 1 about the annual increase
