Would the correct number to ring be on my original award letter?
I have recently had a letter about new rates for ESA from April. Could be the number on there too?
I will get someone to ring them on my behalf rather than doing it myself.

Any letter from the DWP should have the phone number for the office that deals with your claim for that benefit, so yes, the new rates letter should have the phone number.

My reassessment was due last Oct and I was told I would receive a new ESA50 In Aug.
It is now Feb 14 and I have heard nothing but still receiving payment.

The other way you can find out whether a ESA50 has been issued is to contact ATOS, and they can tell you whether or not this is the case.
As they send out the ESA50 when a reassessment is triggered, it may be less risky to contact them?
In any case, a reminder is sent out with a week to go, so you'd be unlucky not to get both.

What would actually be the procedure, as has happened, if you were taken off ESA due to Royal Mail not delivering the ESA50
