Tasks you struggle with on a day-to-day basis: Fatigue makes doing anything difficult and takes a long time.Poor Balance and hyperextend knee joint means I stumble and could fall. Spine pain means I can only stand for a few minutes to cook after ingredients have been chopped and utensils got out. I’m unable to sit. I need help or aids to shower, grab rail, shower seat, shower mat, help to wash back and feet.Poor grip means I drop things easily.Pain in my hands mean I struggle with socks , shoes, buttons, lifting pans , peeling, cutting, getting pills out of packets. Tremor causes me to spill food , drop hearing aid batteries. I’m inclined to choke on food due to Hiatal Hernia and dry mouth and sometimes need help to move the obstruction. |
