Nickname: CanWeRenameLabourTheLorys |
Age: 55-60 |
Main health condition: Both physical and mental health |
Main conditions that affect daily living: Only use of one arm due to nerve damage. . Complex Regional Pain Syndrome in damaged arm. |
Rate of PIP daily living component: Enhanced |
4 point descriptor score: No |
Possibility to score at least one 4-point daily living descriptor at the next review: it's 50/50, I believe I should. The assessor may not. |
Tasks you struggle with on a day-to-day basis: Cooking a meal from scratch. Washing upper body without aids or assistance. Dressing upper & lower body. Zips are immpossible, laces also. Trousers with a hook/loop fastener are out. |
Expected income you will lose if the Green Paper cuts are imposed: Daily living, circa £100 a week. Knock on effect is my wifes carers allowance, £80 odd a week. |
Expected problems if you tried moving into work, with support from a work coach: I have no training. I was always a jack of all trades and mainly worked self employed with very good success. In an interview situation there's me and an able bodied person, any employer would be remiss to offer me the job. Having the use of one arm doesn't make me half as able, it almost renders me useless for 90% of dexterity tasks. |
Anything else to tell us: I'd like to say the massive fraud in expenses in the two houses (pariament & lords) is still ongoing and needs addressing before we need money taken away. The falsely high fuel bills need addressing before us. The big companies taking money out of the country and paying little to no tax needs addressing before us. Dumping sewage into lakes and rivers needs addressing before us. The whole water industry needs addressing before us. Offshore companies buying up our country bit by bit and loading it with debt needs addressing. |
