Main conditions that affect daily living: Severe Arthritis in spine and sacroiliac joints, fibromyalgia, anxiety, depression, chronic kidney disease, non alchol liver disease, type w diabetes. |
Rate of PIP daily living component: Enhanced |
4 point descriptor score: No |
Possibility to score at least one 4-point daily living descriptor at the next review: Very unsure due to assessor's lies |
Tasks you struggle with on a day-to-day basis: On my bad days 3-4 times per week my whole body is in excruciating pain on just small chores around the home. I'm left not able to cook due to sitting or standing to prepare. I can not go out to walk my dog, I can not travel in unfamiliar places unless with someone due to my anxiety. I need someone to be with me when I have to meet new people such as hospital appointments etc. Most of my pip is 2s & 3s. |
Expected income you will lose if the Green Paper cuts are imposed: £5644.60 |
Expected problems if you tried moving into work, with support from a work coach: My sickness in previous jobs was a problem and last employer sacked me. I can not work due to extreme difficulties to walk, bend, stand due to spine, and with weekly flare ups of fibromyalgia if i worked just one day I would be in bed in excruciating pain for the week |
