Then why did the women tell me that I had passed the Medical and yet today they say it has gone to the decision maker Its all beyond me I dont think they know what they are doing

So the medical I had was a waste of time then i cannot get contribution tried that said I did not have enough

I really have no idea, and as I have said, you may well have passed your medical.

It would be best to wait for written confirmation now, rather than speculating , as there is nothing to be gained from such speculation.

Whilst you await your decision letter, have a good read of all our FAQ's and ESA guides, it will help with your understanding of the system.

I really cannot pass any further valid comment on your personal circumstances, and your entitlement to IRESA or CESA.

You would need face to face advice from the CAB or other advice source to ascertain a definitive answer here.

Hi CW.
Take my word for it, anything you hear over the phone from the DWP, should be taken with a pinch of salt, you really must wait for written confirmation, on the decision, as to which group you will be placed in.
I am in the same situation as you, the moderators are giving you the best advice, I am at the moment composing a letter of complaint, to the area manager
about the conflicting information I have been given by the DWP over the phone.
