Iam waiting for a hearing about my case i have posted a few threads re this Ihave been reeiving assessment rate esa until this week when my allowance seems to have stopped I understood you will still receive esa until the tribunal I have received the papers and returned the form stating I wish to have an oral hearing just phoned about this they said you get allowance if your appeal is accepted if it has gone forward to the tribunal surely it has

Having just read your previuos posts, it would seem if your ESA Assessment Rate has been stopped, it maybe in error.

I think speaking with them again and specifically asking for the reason your Assessment Rate has been stopped could be in order.

Hi Littlejo, This may be wide of the mark but if you are waiting for an appeal hearing your GP still needs to provide you with sick notes (fit notes, whatever they are calling them now), so you should make sure the DWP have a current one. It might be that, if it's not an admin error. Best of luck with your appeal.
