Need some help please

Hi All,

Just wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction.

I remember either a commissioners decision or a report somewhere which stated that an Xray while evidence of change in a spine, can no way determine the degree of pain a person may suffer.

I have searched the site and other places, unfortunatly, cant find it again.

Any bright ideas ?

I'm afraid that looking for the Commissioner's Decision/UT decision you require would be like looking for the proverbial needle in a haystack.

There are literally thousands of decisions available on the web, and unless you have a point of reference, it is unlikely that the decision you require could be easily found.

There is however a possibility that members could be aware of, or have used the decision in question, so I think that if they have knowledge of the decision and can provide details, that would be your only realistic chance of finding it.
