ESA Appeal on Monday!

Had my appeal & failed, only got 12 points, now I have to go on to JSA, really not happy but what can I do??

I'm sorry your appeal wasn't upheld.

You can write to the tribunal office dealing with your appeal and ask for a written statement of reasons within the one moth time limit to see if there are grounds for an appeal to the upper tribunal.

You can also apply for ESA again, though there are conflicting views about when the 6 months runs from after which you can be put in the assessment phase for ESa whilst awaiting a decision.
