ESA Appeal on Monday! was created by Munchkin
I was diagnosed with arthritis, scoliosis, & spondylotic changes are present between T12-L4 & in pain every day. I scored 0 points, which I was flabbergasted at! Should I write a note telling them what I do & what pain I'm in from the time I get up & go to bed? I'm new to this website & a bit confused. On my worst days when my back "locks" I cannot sit/stand for long without severe discomfort. TY

Hi Munchkin,

Try to go through the guides to claiming ESA and ESA appeals in the members area - click on Help for Claimants in the orange menu.

You need to concentrate on giving the tribunal evidence relating to what descriptors you think should apply to you.

Good luck,

Steve

Thank you Steve, will look tomorrow. I have written down what I will say at the appeal. I am no use at cofrontation & tend to forget stuff that is very important in these circumstances.
