ESA Payments was created by Costa
Hi I applied for ESA in July had my medical in february and and currently awaiting a decision, the papers have been with the DM since 18th March. I was just wondering that if I am entitled to ESA (either group) fingers crossed - then would my uprated payments be backdated to the end of the assessment phase of 13 weeks?
Or will I just get the new payments from the date of the decision?
Thanks a lot

The arrears from the uprated amount if you are placed in the LCWRA group or support group, would be payable fron the 14th week following the date of claim.
