I have registered etc for this app and everything is set up.
Once i log in it doesn't show anything ?
I receive NS ESA and UC.
Can you advise please?

I'm sorry, but your question is outside the remit of this forum. I haven't used the app - so I have no idea what you should see when you log in. I would google the fact that you are not seeing anything and see what response you get. I don't know whether any members have any advice for you.

Hi Brian 1888,
I tried this new website and struggled to get the ID a/c verified. Once I resolved that I kept getting error messages retry in 3 hours frequently. I think because it's new it has teething problems plus the number of people trying to use it. I eventually was able to view my a/c but not able to view/download docs. I sent a help enquiry somewhere within the site can't remember exactly. I had a reply that they are not responsible for documents not showing up and to contact DWP, so I went back to phoning DWP directly and obtained necessary award letter via post for NS ESA credits.
If you look on the news feed on this platform for the 6/7/26 there is an article and a update date within.

I think the Gov One Login app is for proving your identity. If you are looking to get proof of your benefits, you can do this on the actual website www.gov.uk/proof-benefits-state-pension with your Gov One Login details.
