AR1 form. State Pension less than a year away was created by Deputydawg10
I’m completing the dreaded AR1 form. Less than a year away from state Pension. Are they more likely to give a short award or stop my claim? Even though conditions are unchanged and if anything deteriorated.
The new AR1 form is very challenging. I’m really struggling with it.
I know DWP often try to find any excuse to stop benefits.
Just wondering if anyone has experience in this area?

i got my ar1 form about 12 months before my s.p began. got a phone interview about 6 months later ,kept my award for a ongoing term . eveybodys case is different.
JUST TO LET YOU KNOW.... you dont have to get your s.p every 4 weeks, its up to you , you can get it weekly, fortnightl as well. you have to get in touch with them and tell them. if you dont you will get it 4 weekly. i get mine forrtnightly. good luck
