Hi Bis ,

Thank you for your advice.

I agree, there's no trust or credibility left. Honestly , when things do go well and smoothly i might just faint with shock and disbelief 🫨😵‍💫

Operationally DWP is mess. Given the history of issues already, i should've know better and expect some foolishness. All the red flags and failures with inconsistent processing , indicates a shambolic org prone to carry on making mistakes and never being held to account.

I will call them next week and ask for tel numbers to be removed.

latest update ..... is hopeful

Re - HAAS recording - HAAS told me a recording wasn't made of the assmt! This is despite me requesting it on the PIP2 form and son agreeing to a recording in the phone call the day before assmt! The Agent said that box wasnt ticked ??! which box , who shd tick it ? its unclear. please make your own recordings ppl

Re - PA4 report - the report is really long and detailed. I haven't read it in detail , will need to make digital scan it first - I don't do well with written print text. The outcome was EDL score and Nil Mobility. I will wait for DWP DM letter and then decide next step.

Hi Sum

I'm glad you have some progress. I'm actually glad to hear that you have a long detailed report - that is unusual. At least you will know what you are fighting against.

Yet another failed recording. This happens a lot. Poor you. That is why we always advise people to try to make their own recording so they always have a backup. Without a recording, you are down to 'they said, he said' scenario, and they will always fall back on the side of the assessor, as they can say 'there is no proof',

Hi Sum

So glad to hear that you have a report. Good luck. I know it is emotionally draining for you.

Hi Sum Glad you have the report coming. I know what you were told about the phone number - but the fact is your son's phone number is on record. If the 'mistake' can be made one time, it can easily be made again. (And I don't believe a 'mistake' was made - I think it was deliberate.) It's entirely up to you, but the only record the DWP has for the person I'm an appointee for is mine. I don't trust the DWP, but more importantly, I don't want a vulnerable person suddenly being phoned by them and feeling they have to speak. I asked for their number to be removed, and I have checked since to see if they quoted me the number that was previously on the records. I understand not knowing whether to complain. You have to look after yourself and your son - that's your number one priority and getting through this awkward system. If you choose to complain, do so when you have the bandwidth. You don't have to complain right now. And if you choose never to complain, don't feel guilty about it. BIS

while i was updating son's records i updated the other family member clms too so it was consistent across the board. This resulted in a appt being scheduled called 'claim review introduction appt' for one family member. i've asked for reschedule bec it clashes with my hospital appt.

any ideas what to expect ? is this routine and coincidental or trigerred by my stm on journal asking for contact numbers for clmt to be removed ?
