Hi, Hope everyone is doing ok this February. Can I just repeat what I wrote 2-3 years ago? I've been sent a PIP review form. Previously I remember one form where it just asked if anything had changed. Wheras this form is asking all over again. Thank you very much, Jen.
If there has been no change in your circumstances from when you last completed the form, then use that as a template to complete your new form and make any necessary adjustments such as medication, new conditions.
The previous form you received was probably a review form, even a review form I would treat it as if it was a new claims form.
