An update ....
DWP called to apologise for the delay in getting me copies of the formal appointee letters and advised that PIP are sending copies now. I advised i got copies already by calling visiting team.
The PIP letters arrived today.
i have two copies for each clmt now.......😕

Here we go again ........ so fed up !
Latest from DWP/UC is that they dont have any details of Appointee !!!! even though on the 16 Apr 26, the clmt journal clearly states/confirms details have been recvd.
I've raised a safeguarding concern relating the broken appointee process on the journal and asked how this impacts a F2F appt next week re the potential overpayment do to exceeding capital savings.
I feel no matter how straight and proper a clmt and supporting family are in engaging with the processes, DWP cannot and will not match it with any sense and credibility.
so so exhausted .... i'm losing sleep

Hi Sum
Your Appointeeship should have been input on the DWP IT. So I expect someone either does not have access to it or does not know where to find it. They need to access CIS Searchlight and look under the Relationships tab where it should be found.
