Utterly exhausted need some advice please

I posted some time back that my pip was stopped this time last year. I had a phone reassessment and I think it was sewn up no matter what I said (I'm not one to complain in this way but the woman's mind seemed made up from the beginning)

I requested a Mandatory Reconsideration, scored zeros across the board for that too.

My circumstances haven't changed, in fact after a number of life events things are worse, hence I haven't attempted an appeal as yet.

I understand I may have 12 months with a good reason, well the reason is ill health and the decision will be with them on that.

I got the text to say I could appeal something at the end of Feb 25, but my first assessment was Oct 24 (MR after). I'm assuming this text (from SSCSA) is about pip. I'm very overwhelmed and burned out atm due to my disability and other life events, so I'm sorry for not appearing very sharp about this.

I am wondering whether to attempt an appeal although I've not seen a doctor for years its been very hard since the pandemic to see anyone, plus I have deepseated anxiety issues about anything medical so have avoided this as well.

I therefore don't feel I have a lot of current evidence. I thought my MR gave a very coherent account of my problems but I got the impression the MR was a refusal without consideration anyway. I can't see how it was anything else as to dismiss my case with absolutely no points whatsoever just doesn't make sense.

Anyway, I suppose what I'm trying to say is that I need simple steps / a walk through this. Do I first have to register my appeal online?

I think then all I can do is repeat a very coherent account with whatever evidence I can give and get it to them. I tend to be a perfectionist and so I'm paralysed by this, my account was very thorough to start with.

Sorry for being pedantic it's exhaustion. Any advice to help me just get this task done would be really helpful. I'm likely overthinking it all.

When I had to appeal some years ago, I used the local citizens advice bureau. They were connected to a local law centre and someone from the law centre accompanied me to the tribunal. I was successful in my appeal.
These people know the law very well.

Thanks, I suppose I was hoping that any appeal submitted might be considered before it reached tribunal stage. I know that's a long shot but I don't think I'm up to a tribunal physically or mentally and I have no one to accompany me, even if I did I'd probably find that more stressful.

I was going to request the appeal considered remotely anyway even though I know that lowers the chance of a successful outcome.

By putting down what I've done in the MR I'm not increasing my chances of any of this happening I imagine, unless someone else reads it. Whoever read it before I'm certain just gave it all zeros because it already had zeros and they may have been overloaded with work. The response on the MR showed no evidence to me of it having been considered or read.

I am wondering whether I should just reapply as not sure I'm up for all this. But then I've read of people just submitting the appeal online and having it overturned before tribunal and all they've written is a sentence. That's what's making me think I should try..
