Hi, I just thought I would give abit of an update, I received a telephone call from DWP yesterday morning, they eventually responded to my appeal for backdating to when the review form was initially sent out to me, rather than the date of the decision, and they have decided to backdate to when I received the review form, as my medical evidence sent to them clearly shows all my medical conditions were present at the time I received my review form, and the pain management letter which was around the same time clearly outlined all my various conditions, and the amount of deterioration. So I'm glad I continued my appeal, and I will receive around a further year of backdating of the uplift in daily living from standard to enhanced. So if anyone thinks it's not worth appealing about the award date it's definitely worth trying if you think you can prove when your conditions worsened etc. Thanks for all your help and advice regarding regulations etc.
