Anyone else been asked to provide a previous address to helpline enquiry call handlers? I note it forms part of the UC application. Losing faith in the online digital space as you cannot differentiate between good and bad actors. There is a lot of data gathering with little to no answers to UC questions through DWP.
I was asked about past addresses on my UC migration ID call and I was also asked how long I had been claiming pip and esa.
I came off thinking they are being sneaky, then when I had to go to the jobcentre my thoughts were confirmed when I was asked more questions including "how did you get here today".
All in a conversational way.
I'd warn all to be on their guard because I do think they're checking us out.
