Hello,

I'm sorry if this is a bit of a stupid question, however I'm struggling to understand what the DWP are asking for and I'm quite stressed with the review form so I'm a bit confused. In the medication section, it asks you to list your medication, then asks 'How does this affect you:'. Are they asking if I experience any side effects or do they want to know how it treats my conditions? I'm on quite a few medications so I don't want to make a mistake.

Hi lottsworth

There is no such thing as a stupid question, your question was a very sensible question.

You are correct it is asking for any side effects and also asking does it work, quite often patients are given trial drugs to see which ones work some drugs work great but some patients also suffer side effects such as drowsiness, vomiting, bloating.
