ESA review was created by NikiB
Hi
I last had a review for my esa (think it's called wca) (just moved to UC but here still calling it esa here) many years ago which was a form, no face to face (if had that years before and they made me so Ill I ended up in hospital).
There was no review date on letter. Im constantly anxious about a review but am scared to contact them to ask for date current claimed expiring in case they then realise I haven't had one in years. Is contacting them only way to find out? If so shall I do it On my journal?
Thank you

Hi NikiB
Personally I would not worry about the prospect of an ESA/UC review as in your case it will be no time soon and may be years down the line. There is a 5 year backlog of ESA reviews going back to their suspension during Covid.
If you were to phone the DWP the case manager or telephony agent who are AO grade would not be privy to the DWP policy information regarding the implementation of reviews ( WCAs ).
So don't do anything at present apart from key an eye on the BenefitsandWork news section for reports regarding the government and Benefits- see below
