UC review was created by somebody-else
I was migrated from ESA to UC in May of this year - after some hassles with being underpaid and moved from LCWRA to WRA with no assessment and no noticification from DWP (I found out when my local council wrote to me about my council tax rebate), I think I've sorted it out and am now being paid the correct amount and I've been put back into the LCWRA group.

However, whilst I was sorting this out, I was informed that I was going to be reviewed in November - even though I was only reviewed for ESA in October last year and moved into the support group.

My question is this - as nothing has changed since I filled out the ESA50 last year and the questions are virtually the same; can I use the answers I gave last year to inform my answers this year? Obviously it would be daft to do a direct copy and paste, but it would be a lot less stressful for me, if I didn't have to rework all the evidence I sent in last year.

Your advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi somebody-else

If nothing has changed as you say then you could use the same responses. You will need though to submit copies of your medical or other evidence again.
