Hello,
What is the form like for a light review? Do I need to answer all the descriptors again with evidence? If not what do I need to include ? Any advice would be gratefully appreciated. Thank you

If you go the guide of PIP Claims and Reviews and look at page 135 - it will explain about the light touch review, what questions are asked and what if anything you might send in. benefitsandwork.co.uk/guides-for-claimants/pip
