Im still stuck filling in my AR2 form ,,its asking about daily living needs ,and notes to look at my award letter from 10 years ago. ive filled in the fist part of ,,,any changes to your health or disability ,My doctor thinks ive had a small stroke ,and has reffered me to stroke clinic ,which ive written on the form .,,,im now stuck on the other parts ,Am i supposed to repeat what they scored me at ,my disability is the same just ongoing , really .If i leave it blank ,will they think theres nothing wrong with me , dont know what to write ,im stuck ,any help please ,thank you x

If you look at page 135 of the Guide to PIP claims and Reviews - it gives advice on how to fill in the AR2 form. We do not believe that you have to repeat everything. The AR2 is just to confirm that your needs are ongoing or worsened.
