Hi greg
There is no such thing as a CB-ESA duel claim, CB-ESA is based on your NI contributions, You can get joint claims on IR-ESA.
We have heard from many members on the forum who had no idea that they were receiving CB-ESA until they were told by UC.
As for help with health costs, it would depend on a number of factors: www.gov.uk/help-nhs-costs
We would advise you to seek specialist advice from your local Welfare Rights Organisation: advicelocal.uk where they can take all your circumstances into consideration when giving you advice.
