I’ve just had a migration notice to move to UCTD I’m physically disabled I believe there are complex case managers to help me but there’s no contact details for them and no mention on website, how do I contact them and does anyone know if they’ll arrange for help to make an online claim

Hi Gail

Universal Credit Managed Migration is a matter of concern for a lot of members of the Benefits and Work forum.

Are you aware of the assistance you can get from the Citizens Advice Help to Claim service? www.citizensadvice.org.uk/benefits/unive...ut-universal-credit/

You can contact an adviser through their free Help to Claim phone service. Advisers are available 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday:

England: 0800 144 8 444

Here is a description from one of our members. www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/kunena/10-dla-...aged-migration-to-uc

Let us know how you get on.

Gary
